Sustainable & Inclusive Athleisure Brand – Seattle, USA

Sustainable & Inclusive Athleisure Brand – Seattle, USA

Anew Studios focused on Design & Product Development, Material Innovation & Development, Responsible Sourcing & Production

Working with CEO, Co-Founder Quang Dinh, we helped

•   Stabilize the fabric & garment production quality of the brand’s signature Compressive recycled polyester fabric in core bras and legging styles, which now forms the foundation of the brand’s claim to fame

•   Develop the recycled ECONYL fabric used in the brand’s secondary fabric program

•   Initiate the discovery of their takeback program now named ReGirlfriend, which collects old Girlfriend Collective Compressive Leggings and upcycles them into new pieces that can be worn again and again, thus closing the loop in their leggings’ product life cycle

“Working with Sharon was a dream. Prior to her, we were running production in-house, trying to scale and bring stability directly with our mills without having a proper knowledge base on performance knits. Learning on the go was not sustainable for us. Sharon came into our program and helped us stabilize and build our fabric program while setting up quality assurance systems so that we can be more hands-off which allowed us to focus on growing the business versus day to day management of production.

She also helped us bring traction to our next generation fabrics to further our brand story and offerings.  With a can-do attitude, Sharon brings years of expertise and knowledge on how to manage and scale fashion production and manufacturing.”
